1 Dead in Ohio, 1 Dead in Ohio

Classic rock fans will remember the song “Ohio” by Crosby, Still and Nash. Who can forget the chorus?

“Four dead in Ohio, four dead in Ohio…”

They were commenting on the Kent State shootings of 1970, of course.

Now, 45 years later, Ohio has witnessed another murder on its college campus – only this time, the killer is a Muslim refugee as opposed to a local policeman.

Baby boomers…where do we start? Newsflash: One generations “fight” is meaningless to the next. Cultural winds are temporary, so expect your Weltanschauung to be challenged. At this point, the “legendary” generation is flawed. They continue to address today’s problems with the solutions that worked 50 years ago.

Don’t expect them to self-reflect either…expect them to double down.
